Return/Refund Policy

 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY....

First and foremost, THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH ME!! ALL items are handmade and may have flaws or minor defects to them. That's what makes a handmade item unique.

RETURNS: 

~ ALL items are sold as is, unless they are damaged DURING transit! You have 15 days from the date you receive the item to return it to me for an exchange. 

NO REFUNDS: 

~ YOU are responsible for the cost of shipping, to have the item sent back to me. I will then cover the cost to have the item sent to you for the exchange, once a new one has been made. Please allow approx. 2-3 weeks for the new one to be made and shipped back to you, in case I would need to place an order for the blank acrylic piece.

~ If your badge clip happens to break, you can purchase another badge reel from me for $2. (plus shipping) Because they are bought wholesale, I can not promise they are going to last forever. I do test them before I ship them out, so they are working when shipped.
